For any privacy question, write to support@natalchartdaily.com. We answer within a few days.

Birth details: your date of birth, time of birth if you know it, and place of birth. We need these to calculate your chart. There is no other way to produce a natal chart.

Quiz answers: what you tell us about yourself while going through the questionnaire, including your first name, what you are hoping to work on, and, if you choose to enter it, your partner's date of birth.

Contact details: your email address.

Payment information: we receive from Stripe your subscription status, the date your paid period ends, and an internal customer identifier. We never receive or store your card number.

Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our host records to keep the site running and secure.

Your birth date and place are personal, and combined with your name they identify you. We treat them accordingly.

We do not sell them, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not share them with anyone outside the suppliers listed below.

You can ask us to delete them at any time. Deleting them removes your chart and reports, because there is nothing left to calculate them from.

To provide what you asked for, that is, to calculate and display your chart, reports and daily horoscope. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

To take payment and manage your subscription. Legal basis: performance of our contract, and our legal obligation to keep financial records.

To answer your messages and provide support. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping our customers.

To keep the site secure and prevent fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

To measure advertising and understand how people use the site. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time.

Stripe, which processes payments and holds your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see the card.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database and therefore stores the data on our behalf.

Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

We may disclose data if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal order.

Cookies that are strictly necessary, such as the one that keeps you signed in, are always on. Without them the site cannot work.

Analytics and advertising scripts are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, they are not loaded at all.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site data in your browser and choosing again.

Our database is hosted by Cloudflare in the Eastern Europe region. Our company is in the United States, so your data may be accessed from there.

For transfers of data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the standard contractual clauses used by our suppliers.

While your subscription is active, and for two years after it ends, so that you can return without entering everything again.

If you never subscribed and only left an email address in the questionnaire, we keep it for one year.

Payment records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it.

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it sooner, keeping only what we are legally obliged to keep.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, or ask us to send it to you in a portable format.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Serbia, these rights come from the GDPR and equivalent local law, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

To use any of these rights, write to support@natalchartdaily.com from the address on your account. We do not charge for this.

The site is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change how we use your data in a way that affects you, we will email subscribers before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the last update.
