The site is operated by Jeftini Nalozi LLC, a single-member limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States, doing business as Natal Chart Daily.

In these terms, we, us and our mean Natal Chart Daily. You and your mean the person using the site.

A large part of Natal Chart Daily is free and needs no account: daily horoscopes for every sign, the tarot card of the day, the moon calendar, numerology, angel numbers and the blog.

The paid subscription unlocks personalized content calculated from the birth details you provide: a full natal chart report, a daily horoscope based on current transits to your own chart, and relationship compatibility readings.

All content is digital and delivered on the website. Nothing is shipped to you.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm that you are.

You must give accurate information. The reports are calculated from the birth date, time and place you enter, so if those are wrong the report will be wrong. That is not a defect in the service.

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You sign in with that address alone, without a password.

This means anyone who can read that inbox can reach your reports. Keep your email account secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has gained access.

The subscription is for your personal use. Please do not share your access with others or republish the reports.

The subscription costs 3.33 US dollars per month for customers on the English version of the site, and 333.33 Serbian dinars per month on the Serbian version. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

This is an automatically renewing subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews once a month and your payment method is charged again on the same day of each month.

We will never raise your price without telling you in advance by email and giving you the chance to cancel first.

Your card statement will show NATALCHARTDAILY.

If a renewal payment fails, we may try again over the following days. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and your access stops.

You can cancel at any time, by yourself, in two clicks from your account page. No phone call, no email, no explanation required.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date, and you are not charged again.

If you would rather have help, write to support@natalchartdaily.com and we will cancel it for you. That is an extra option, not a requirement.

If the service is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, without asking you to justify it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers and we cannot see it. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your email address and subscription status.

Your use of the checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms.

Natal Chart Daily is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Never delay or stop medical treatment, and never make a financial or legal decision, on the basis of anything you read here. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Please do not copy, resell or republish our texts, reports or images; try to break into the site or other people's accounts; use automated tools to scrape the content; or use the site to harass anyone or to break the law.

If you do, we may end your access. If we end it for one of these reasons, we will refund any unused part of the month you paid for.

The texts, interpretations, design, code and images on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright.

The report generated from your birth details is yours to read, keep and print for your own use. The underlying interpretation texts remain ours.

We try to keep the site running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, hosting failures and problems at our suppliers can interrupt it.

If a fault on our side leaves you without access for a meaningful part of a paid month, write to us and we will make it right, either with extra time or with a refund.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make after reading our content, or for indirect losses such as lost income or lost opportunity.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you as a subscriber, we will email you before it takes effect so that you can cancel if you disagree.

The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the courts of New Mexico have jurisdiction.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place whose consumer law gives you protections that cannot be set aside by contract, you keep those protections and can also bring a claim where you live.

Before going to court, please write to us. Almost everything can be settled by email in a day or two.
